30-Day Returns & Refunds

We want your wall looking right. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email us at support@wallbuy.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because we can't process packages we weren't expecting.

Eligibility

• The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
• The light is unused and undamaged, in the same condition you received it, with its cable, mounting hardware and original packaging if possible.
• You include your order number or proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your light arrives damaged, doesn't light up, or you received the wrong loadout, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay any return shipping.

Return shipping

For returns that aren't due to our error (for example, you changed your mind), you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, aren't refundable.

Exchanges

Want a different loadout? Email us and we'll help you swap it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.

Bundle orders

If you return part of a bundle order (for example, one light from a Buy 4 Get 1 Free order), your refund is based on the discounted price you actually paid for that item.

Shipping

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. Faster shipping options, where available, are shown at checkout with their price.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can happen during busy seasons or bad weather.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Multiple lights

If you order more than one light, your loadouts may ship from our warehouse in separate packages and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each package.

Lost, stolen or missing packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us at support@wallbuy.store and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Welcome to Wall Buy Co. These terms apply when you visit wallbuy.store or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

Our products are decorative LED wall lights shaped like weapon silhouettes. They are flat, non-functional decor. They are not weapons, not replicas and not toys, and they can't be modified into anything functional. We do our best to show products accurately, but colors, glow and brightness can look slightly different in person and on different screens.

Safe use

Use your light indoors only, with the included cable and a compatible power source. Keep it away from water and heat, don't open or modify it, and unplug it if the cable or light is damaged. Keep cables and small parts away from young children and pets. Mount it securely, and you're responsible for any damage to walls or surfaces during installation.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, discounts or product availability at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Discounts and bundles

Bundle discounts are applied automatically in your cart and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so. Promotional prices and sale timers may end or change without notice.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. You agree to give accurate payment and contact information.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Wall Buy Co name, logo, photos and site content belong to Wall Buy Co. You may not use them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wall Buy Co isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using our site or products, including damage caused by improper installation or use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site is the one that applies.
